Shipping policy

The order will be dispatched within 7 days, except in exceptional circumstances which will be the subject of an email from customer service to inform the customer of an extended delay. The customer will receive an email confirming shipment.

Delivery costs are free of charge anywhere in mainland France, and will be invoiced to the customer for deliveries abroad.

We do not offer express delivery, nor delivery to relay points.
