TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. COMPANY PRESENTATION

The AURA NECKLACES website is published by the company AURA, registered under the number [SIRET/RCS], whose head office is located in Paris 2ème, France.

2. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of dog jewelry offered on the www.auranecklaces.com website by Aura. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GSC.

3. PRODUCTS

The products sold are dog jewelry designed and marketed by Aura.
- Each product is described with the greatest care. Photographs are non-contractual and may show slight differences (notably in the colors of pearls or charms used). Each necklace is unique.

- Product availability is indicated on the site. In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed and will be able to obtain a refund or choose a replacement product.

4. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT).
- Delivery charges are specified when the order is placed and are added to the price of the product.
- Payment is made online via the payment methods accepted on the site (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). The order is validated once payment has been received.

5. ORDER
- The customer selects the products of his choice, adds them to his basket and validates his order after having read these GTC.
- An order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
- The customer has 30 minutes to cancel the order, by sending a message via the contact form on the site in the “CONTACT” section.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Orders are generally dispatched within 5 days of payment confirmation.
- Deliveries are made in France and abroad via La Poste.
- Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to destination. Aura cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- In the event of a problem upon receipt (damaged parcel, missing product), the customer must contact Aura within 48 hours with proof (photos).

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

7.1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (e.g.: engraving of the dog's name).

7.2. Return conditions
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- After receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be made within 30 days via the original means of payment.

8. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
- Aura collars are purely aesthetic and must not be used to hang the dog's lead. They must not be left unattended to avoid any risk of ingestion of the beads.

- Aura cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the jewel (e.g. dog chewing on the jewel, normal wear and tear).

9. PERSONAL DATA
- The information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
- In accordance with the RGPD, customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by sending a message via the contact form present on the site.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All elements of the Aura site (photos, texts, logos, jewelry models) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
- These GCS are governed by French law.
- In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Aura's registered office.
